Being able to identify Track and Trace Hot Metals at the earliest possible stage within the metal manufacturing process can be difficult to achieve but highly effective if implemented correctly using Heat Resistant & High Temperature Labels & Tags.
 

Temperatures can be extremely high when labelling:

BarScan Technologies tag materials are excellent alternatives to riveted plates, chalk or crayons for tracking hot metals in foundries. The hang tags also provide high tear resistances so there is no unintended removal during storage or delivery to further ensure inventory accountability.

The majority of our tags and labels can be overprinted using a thermal transfer printer
