High Durability
BarScan Technologies Polyimide label next generation coatings resist abrasion, do not soften or yellow and withstand the harshest, highly active fluxes (ORH1). The aggressive pressure sensitive adhesives are specifically formulated to remain firmly affixed to PCBs and components through wave solder, reflow and high pressure washes.
High Resolution
Our high-gloss materials are designed specifically for printing high resolution 600 dpi thermal transfer printing. The coatings provide high whiteness values for increased contrasts and improved verification accuracies in less than ideal lighting conditions.
ESD Safe
Our label materials help protect ESD sensitive devices and have proven to be valuable tools in helping reduce the occurrence of electrostatic discharge
Flame Retardant
Our flame retardant label materials use FlameGardTM technology in the formulation of their PSAs and top coats. The labels are either recognized or tested to the required standards of aerospace flammability, smoke and toxicity standards and/or tested to the standards of automotive burn test.
